Julia (Octavia Red) wakes up in an underground laboratory, strapped down to an operating table with her body exposed. Unaware of how she got there, Julia begs for help, only to be silenced by Dr Saint (Ava Amira), a disgraced scientist who abducts innocent women for her experiments.
With Dr Saint blaming her professional downfall on men, she expresses her desire to create a world without men, giving women the reproductive organs to make her dream a reality. She injects an engineered serum into Julia’s body, successfully transforming her into a futanari.
